You have seven (5) days from date of delivery to return or exchange the order. For this purpose, all users must send an email to return@ekseption.es specifying the reasons for the return or exchange. In Spain and Portugal returns and excganges are free. Discounted products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the current return policy but no cash refunds will be made.
